The Empowered Mum Signature Program
Accountability, motivation and progress made SIMPLE.
Forget going to the gym, with the Empowered Mum Signature Program you can regain your strength and fitness in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you and your family. Workouts are designed specifically for YOU and your unique situation. Your trainer (aka coach, cheerleader, #1 fan) will provide you with the tools to ensure success, no matter what obstacles motherhood might throw your way.
We know that exercise is only one part of a healthy lifestyle, so we can also work with you to develop healthy habits around nutrition, sleep and stress.
This program is for you if:
- You struggle to find time for exercise
- You’ve lost motivation and energy
- You don’t get any ‘Me’ time
- You have a specific goal you want to achieve (e.g. 10km run)
- You want to be a good role model for your little ones
- You want to be able to run around the park with your kids as they grow up
- You want to feel like yourself again
- You want to feel strong & energised
- You have pelvic floor dysfunction and want to exercise safely
- You want to improve your mood and stress levels
How the Program Works
You and your coach will work through your goals and current situation and then put together a personalised plan. Your plan will be delivered via the Empower Me Fitness app. Your coach will monitor your progress through the app and check in regularly with you.
You won’t need to be anywhere at any specific time, the program offers you the flexibility to complete your tasks at times that suit you. With guidance and support from your coach, you will be able to easily incorporate the program into busy Mum life.

As the airplane safety videos say, put your own oxygen mask on first. Taking care of yourself means you will be able to better care for your loved ones. The Empowered Mum Signature Coaching Program is $200 per month (3 month minimum), with a small discount applied if paid upfront for 3 or 6 months.
