12 Week Personal Program

The 12 week Personalised Program is designed specifically for YOU, to help you achieve your fitness goals. If you can’t attend class or want something a little more specific to YOUR goals, a personalised program is a great option. You can complete the workouts in your own time, anywhere you want. 

Includes:

  • Initial & Final Assessment with trainer (in your home)
  • 12 week progressive exercise program
  • Up to 2 home workouts per week
  • Open access to trainer via phone/email
  • Weekly Workout diary & online check in
  • Access to Empower Me Fitness secret Facebook group with bonus workouts.

1:1 Personal Training

Having your own program is great & is a great way to improve your fitness postnatally. But for some mums, just the thought of exercise is exhausting & you need more motivation and accountability to reach your goals. As a busy mum myself, I know how hard it can be to find the time and motivation to exercise. You want to be doing more, but you simply don’t have the energy and motivation to actually move off the couch. 

In the 1:1 sessions we take a look at your overall goals and break them down into small, achievable weekly actions to move you towards your goal. These actions, as well as your workouts are specifically designed for YOU so you can start feeling good about your actions and moving towards your ideal lifestyle in no time. 

Starting at $40/week for 30mins. Cost varies depending on your own requirements.
